Add in the 3 fruits, flax seeds, milk and yoghurt you have additionally fortified your breakfast and turned just plain oats into a delicious breakfast.
Oats can be used in desserts, breads, plant-based alternatives like veggie burgers and as a breakfast meal to start off your day.
