Fresh Blueberries
Cinnamon
2% Milk
Plain Yogurt
Add milk and cinammon to raw oats. Cook or microwave per required amount of time. Add yogurt and blueberries and sliced strawberries. Serve.

I normally like to use fresh fruit that I wash and slice up daily like strawberries or slice them ahead of time as a batch (bowl of sliced pinneapple, that I will use over a number of days). Blueberries are really quick and time saving, all they need to be is washed. This time I decided to buy a bag of 3 different sliced frozen fruits, to try something a little different. The frozen fruits are pretty good but of course I prefer fresh. If you like convenience without the extra work, frozen fruits may be the way to go although this convenience may cost a little bit more. This bag of fruits (mango, pear, strawberry) is already peeled and sliced.
