Review and opinions of protein powder supplement
I received a couple of samples of the Gold Standard whey protein isolate from Optimum Nutrition. 
I tried it after my chest workout workout. I have seen this protein powder many times online and at supplement stores, but I have ignored it and never tried it until I received a few samples from them.
Here is what I thought of the product:
The powder mixed really well, no lumps at all. I received the vanilla flavour, it tasted very good. I wish I could have received samples of their other flavors so that I could compare all the flavors and offer a suggestion as to my favorite or the best tasting one.
I am including the Nutrition Facts label so that you can easily compare it to your currect brand of protein powder or to other brands.
Overall, I think this is a very good and quality brand of Whey protein powder supplement to use from Optimum Nutrition.
