In this article and video, I will explain how I treated and cured my elbow pain. This is my natural cure for elbow tendinitis without ever having to spend any money for medications or having to visit a doctor. It's all about using a pressure point technique.
More than 10 years ago I was experiencing pain in the inner part of my right elbow. The pain started out as being mild but got to a point where it started to hurt and it persisted for about 4 months with no sign of getting better or worse. It’s an uncomfortable feeling because it really did affect almost everything I did in my everyday life from washing my hair, brushing my teeth, typing on my computer to my weight training workouts. Fortunately, I did not miss any of my exercise workouts because I was able to work around this problem - I did the weight training exercises that did not aggravate or use much of my elbow.
Since the elbow is a part of the body that is used every day directly or indirectly and since it was my right elbow, it wasn’t exactly possible to rest the elbow for extended periods of time. To alleviate this problem, I started to take Creatine again. It helped a little, maybe reduced the pain by 40%, but the problem was still there and was not going away. It wasn’t until someone at the gym who has a daughter studying to be a chiropractor told me about a simple possible cure and technique. I decided to give it a try.
II want to let you know that I am no doctor or chiropractor, but I try to avoid the doctor or using any type of medication if I can cure and heal myself. No different than what people have been doing for tens of thousands of years. If you feel uncomfortable taking my approach or this cure does not work for you then I recommend that you visit a chiropractor.
It’s a very simple cure that can be done anywhere - at work, at the gym or at home and at any time and it involves the use of pressure points. I’ll try to explain this as best as I can. Here is what I do and it involves the deltoid muscle, more specifically the gap between the deltoid muscle and other muscle groups.
How long will this natural cure work to treat elbow pain? It all depends on the severity of the pain and how long you have had it. I would say anywhere from a day to a week.
It turned out that this technique did work for me. I was bothered by this problem for 4 months and it only took about a week for the pain and soreness to completely disappear and it has never returned.
Occasionally, if I ever feel minor soreness or pain in my elbow, I will use this technique to prevent the pain from getting out of hand like it did before. Within less than a minute of applying this technique, I am fine. I am not sure if this will work for tennis elbow or pain on the outside part of the elbow.
