4 Reasons to Use the Life Fitness Glute Exercise Machine
I really like this weight training exercise machine from Life Fitness and here are my 4 reasons that I have come up with:
Strengthens and tones your glute muscles. Who does not want a great looking butt?
Although it’s called a glute machine, I think it’s really a great single exercise that also works out all your leg muscles simultaneously and particularly the quads and hamstrings.
Since this exercise works your glutes and legs, it’s an amazing time-saving exercise. If you don’t want to do a full leg workout or have the time, this is the exercise for you.
Great for strengthening the lower body in preparation for rollerblading season or tbe running season or any other sport or activity requiring lower body strength.
