Having received a protein powder supplement sample and wanting to test the video quality of my new Samsung Galaxy 
S20 Plus, I have put together this little review along with a video. Although the S20+ is a 2 year old model, it’s a really impressive phone at a substantially lower price than the S21 or S22 models plus you can add a micro card to the phone and it has a nice, large screen size - 6.7 inches.
Anyway, the video quality of this cellphone is amazing, even in lower lighting conditions. As for my review of the pure whey protein powder isolate - Allmax Isoflex , it’s a an excellent protein powder. Not my favorite, but the two determining factors are: the taste and the slightly higher price. The vanilla taste is rather bland, maybe the chocolate or another flavor would taste better. On the positive side, it contains 27 grams of protein, no sugar, is gluten and soy free. It mixes extremely well in water without any lumps.
Ingredients
When I consume any protein powder, I first add a scoop of micronized creatine powder to the glass (prevents protein powder from sticking to glass bottom), then a scoop of protein powder, add my water then a heaping tablespoon of probiotic yogurt and mix it all together well with a spoon.
When To Use
- After my workout within 30 minutes or so
- On off-workout days, most of the time I will have it in mid-morning but sometimes mid afternoon.
