Do
not waste your money on diet pills
Nowadays the
Internet is completely inundated with all sorts of diet pills. There
are so many types of diet pills like Acai Berry, Phentermine, Hoodia,
just to name a few… that it would be hard for a consumer to
keep track of, compare or even decide which one to purchase.
When it comes to
diet pills, which ones do really work? Let me make your decision a lot
easier. None do in the long-run. You may experience benefits in the
short-term, including weight loss and appetite suppression, but in the
long-run you will gain all that weight back once you stop taking these
diet pills. Your weight problem will return just as quickly as it was
lost. By purchasing these weight loss pills, all you are doing is
creating for yourself a false impression of weight loss and above all,
wasting your money and over the years that can amount to a lot of
hard-earned cash!
Many diet pills
companies will claim that their product works backed with tons of
research from their doctors. But really, do you know how accurate that
research is or what’s in those products or even where they
are manufactured? Do you really want to pump your body full of these
types of diet pills all the time?
Earlier this year,
I received a free sample pack of Proactol. My first impression of the
pill wasn’t positive. The stuff looked like garbage and I
thought to myself: “Who would want to buy and take this
stuff? What’s really in it?”
If you are indeed
looking for short-term weight loss, you might as well just drink a
couple of mugs of Green Tea a day. Actually that’s a bit of
an over-exaggeration on my part but it’s true, it’s
just as or more effective and you will accomplish the same result with
respect to losing weight at a fraction of the cost! The reason for this
is twofold. First, Green Tea boosts your metabolism. Secondly, drinking
a cup will make you fuller, helping you to resist eating larger
quantities of food. Plus, it is loaded with antioxidants helping to
boost your immune system. I am not the only person advocating drinking
Green Tea. People like LL Cool J do it too. If you saw a picture of him
lately, you can see that he is in amazing shape, very muscular and one
can say “ripped.’ LL Cool J credits it all to his Platinum
Workout which incorporates proper nutrition along with
exercise.
This leads me to
the whole purpose of this article. There is only one real way to lose
weight and keep it off permanently and that is through proper nutrition
or eating right and regular exercise, staying active. Granted it takes
time to lose weight the natural way but it works as long as you stay
patient, focused and motivated.
It’s no
wonder that there are countless reality TV weight loss shows that use
this approach - weight loss through exercise and nutrition. If
you’ve ever watched The Biggest Loser show with personal
trainer Kim Lyons or the boot camp shows designed to help
brides and
grooms get in shape for their big wedding day, you would have seen that
most people are successful in losing excess weight or they exceeded
their weight loss expectations. They now feel better, healthier and
they say that they will stay committed to this new lifestyle. It just
goes to show, when people are serious about losing weight and have the
help of personal trainers and nutritionists, they can do it!
So
briefly here
are my recommendations with respect to eating healthy and exercising:
Examples of Eating
Properly and Proper Nutrition
- Don’t
skip breakfast
- Eat
smaller and
healthier meals during the day versus a few large meals
- Eat
only low fat
meats
- Avoid
over-processed and frozen foods which contain a lot of salt
- Drink
Green Tea
- Eat
plenty of
fresh fruits and vegetables
Examples of
Exercise
- Weight Training
- Yoga
- Cardiovascular
Exercise - exercise machines and fitness classes, running and inline skating.
In summary, I
tried to highlight in this brief article the right way for you to lose
weight and get in shape and why you should not rely on diet pills to
lose weight.
